Curtain Walling in Sheffield
Curtain Walling for Sheffield premises, inside our regular working area.
What we do in Sheffield
For showrooms, office receptions and new commercial buildings in Sheffield, curtain walling gives floor-to-ceiling glass across wide spans.
We work from your building drawings and structural information, so frames and fixings suit the loads at your site, with fire-stopping at floor edges where it is needed.
Sheffield is inside our regular working area, roughly within 100 miles of Birmingham, so we can survey, fit and come back for adjustments without long waits.
Shopping streets and planning in Sheffield
Sheffield's hills mean deliveries to some streets need careful planning, and steep thresholds can make level access tricky. We check slopes and drainage during the survey so doors open freely and water runs away from the entrance.
The city has a real mix of commercial work. Fargate and the city centre have high-street retail, Ecclesall Road and Broomhill are lined with cafés, restaurants and independent shops, and Attercliffe and the Don Valley still have plenty of industrial units that need heavy roller doors and steel security doors.
What you get from us
The same standard on every curtain walling job, whichever town it is in.
Large glazed areas
Floor-to-ceiling glass across wide spans, ideal for showrooms and receptions.
Designed for the site
Frames are sized for the wind load and fixings at your building, not chosen from a brochure.
Doors and vents built in
Entrance doors and opening windows sit in the same grid for a clean finish.
Fire-stopping included
Gaps at floor edges are sealed so the facade does not become a route for fire.
