Emergency Callout in Portsmouth
We do not offer emergency callout in Portsmouth. Here is why, and what we can do instead.
Emergency Callout in Portsmouth: not a service we offer here
Portsmouth is too far from our Midlands base for us to offer emergency callout at a response time that would be fair to you, so we do not take this work on there.
A firm based near Portsmouth will reach you sooner. If the damage means you are replacing the front, shutter or door altogether, we can quote that as a planned project.
Portsmouth is a long way from our Midlands base, so work there is booked as a planned project and fitted in as few trips as possible.
Shopping streets and planning in Portsmouth
Portsmouth City Council handles planning for the city. Coastal weather means good seals and corrosion-resistant fixings are important.
Most of the city sits on Portsea Island, reached by only a few roads, so delivery timing matters. Commercial Road is the main shopping street, and Gunwharf Quays is an outlet centre with its own landlord rules.
